WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

The following Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) are entered into by and between You and Ada-Yah Art, L.L.C. (“Company,” “we” or “us”).

Thank You for choosing Ada-Yah Art, LLC to host your paint party! We appreciate you and your business. Please read carefully the terms and conditions of our services titled above.

The name Ada-Yah Art, LLC from here on in the text represents every person affiliated with the company including, but not limited to the Owner, Adaia Asenjo Schultz. “Client” refers to you, the party, requesting our services.

Safety

It is Ada-Yah Art, LLC’s, objective to provide a safe and welcoming environment for every group member/client we serve. Ada-Yah Art, LLC promises to conduct business in a professional manner without being reckless and putting others in deliberate danger or harm. We promise to be kind and compassionate. To treat everyone with love and respect. In addition, Ada-Yah Art, LLC is not responsible for any injuries that may occur in the presence of Adaia Schultz or any known Associates of Ada-Yah Art, LLC, unless directly caused by the actions of the company or affiliates. Parents/Guardians of any minors must be present at all times during the Paint Party session. Ada-Yah Art, LLC is not responsible for the care and vigilance of any other persons other than themselves.

Party Representative understands the risks of using acrylic based paint as noted on the bottles provided by Ada-Yah Art, LLC. Client is responsible for reading and understanding all warnings on materials provided. Client understands that Acrylic paint does not easily come off of surfaces. Ada-Yah Art, LLC is not responsible for stains on any furniture/clothing caused by the paint party group and will not be liable to pay for repairs/restoration/or cleaning services as a result of the above scenario. 

 

Fees/Rates

Fees and Rates for an Ada-Yah Art, L.L.C. workshop vary from workshop to workshop. Please view workshop descriptions before committing to one.

 A 50% Deposit is required to book the Paint party. The additional amount due is due on specific date given at least 3 weeks before scheduled workshop. An updated invoice will be sent the day prior. 

Hourly Rate

We alot 2 hrs for our painting session. Any additional time needed for refreshments or other activities would be outside of the 2 hr allotment. The hourly rate after the 2 hrs alotted for painting time, is $20/ hr. This fee will be calculated and added to the final invoice and will be due within 7 days of completion of the event.

No Shows and Refunds

Some important things to consider when booking a class. A lot of preparation goes into hosting your event so it runs smoothly. The time and hardwork put into it is valuable, I know that you value that. Therefore, once the final numbers are given, the total fee for those numbers is due even if there are “no shows.” Thank you for your consideration and support.

 *All rates/fees are non-refundable

 

Supplies

Ada-Yah Art, LLC will supply all paint supplies needed to host the paint party (please see “Fees” section). (Ada-Yah Art, LLC is not responsible for supplying any party decorations.)

  • Cups (for Water)
  • Paper plates (paint palette)
  • Plastic Table covering
  • Paint Brushes
  • 11×14 Stretched Canvases
  • Design on canvases
  • Paint
  • Smocks

 

Any additional supplies, not listed above that are requested by the Client, will be an additional charge.

Arrival/Departure

Set Up/Tear Down

 

Ada-Yah Art, LLC will arrive 30 min prior to the Painting session to set up and will stay up to 30 min after the session has ended to tear down the paint set-up, at no additional cost to the Client. Additionally, Ada-Yah Art, LLC is not responsible for setting up/tearing down any other party decorations/trash, aside from what is already stated above. If Ada-Yah Art, LLC is delayed due to no fault of their own, the hourly fees (in “fees’’ section) apply after the 30 min set-up/tear down time has ended.

 

Clients must provide cleaning supplies (if needed) and/or trash dispensers to include, but not limited to, trash bags, trash cans, and trash services for tear down time.

Non-Discrimination Policy 

 

Ada-Yah Art, LLC (and its owner) is a proud Christian based, woman owned, minority owned, and Veteran owned Business/Company. Ada-Yah Art, LLC, reserves the right to refuse to do business with anyone. However, Ada-Yah Art, LLC does not discriminate and will not tolerate discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex , national origin, disability, age or genetic information (including family medical history). Discrimination based on these things is illegal and will not be tolerated. If either party violates this policy, any agreement made between the Client and Ada-Yah Art, LLC will be immediately void.

 

Agreement & Signature

 

I,                                       , understand and agree to all the terms and conditions written above. I agree to abide by them to the best of my ability. If I cancel, under any circumstances, I understand that I will not be refunded fees paid. I understand that Ada-Yah Art, LLC will do all they can to help and accommodate me, but are not obligated to any other terms outside the terms and conditions listed in this document. I understand that by signing this document I am agreeing to the full terms and conditions.
