Light The Way

The star lights the way and leads those whose hearts are yearning, to the Savior of the world.

A savior who came from humble beginnings not as anyone would expect.

He lights the way for you to come to him. He is not too lofty for a simple person to come. Both, shepherds, the outcasts of society, and wise men who studied the stars came bearing gifts. Some came with a contrite spirit and broken hearts others with honor and praise.

Yet, neither came with expectations. They came with the mere word of God.

“This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.””

Luke 2:12 NIV

Lead us to your presence Lord. Lead us to encounter you. Humbly, not turning away from your simplicity, but approaching with awe and wonder. Light the way for your sons and daughters that we may follow your light into your presence.

Whether we consider ourselves an outcast with not much to give or a wise one rich with gifts. You welcome us all.
